Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diagnostic Technologist to join our team at MedStar Health. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered Radiology Technologist with excellent communication skills to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic medical radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures through interpretation, ensuring high-quality images and effective patient care.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and reporting any potential hazards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear explanations and answering questions about procedures.
• Prepare and maintain radiographic equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in the State of Maryland.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Associate degree preferred.
