We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support, and educating clients about their insurance options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and provide ongoing support to clients.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

This position is with Amy Jordahl - State Farm Agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Successful candidates must complete applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees, and those employees are not employees of State Farm.

Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000 per year
