Computed Tomography Technologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Henry Ford Health System. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and experience with CT scanning procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform CT scanning procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury
  • Prepare and position patients for CT scans
  • Administer contrast media and medications as needed
  • Monitor patient safety and report any abnormalities
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience
  • Associate's degree or technical degree in radiologic technology
  • 4 years of cumulative job-specific experience
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
  • Certification in CT scanning from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
