Telecommunications Engineer

**Job Summary**

Umantic Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' telecommunications systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with our team to provide support for our clients' telecommunications systems in RUN mode.
• Perform daily system checks, ensure system availability, and supervise services.
• Manage incidents and service requests, and provide technical support to our clients.
• Conduct diagnostics to identify system issues and provide solutions.
• Ensure the smooth operation of telecommunications components.
• Participate in deployment and migration activities.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BAC+5) with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ToIP Alcatel (OXE) and SBC Oracle.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

**Nice to Have**

• Experience with NICE recording solutions and Microsoft Teams Voice.
