We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at Security National Bank. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting our bank's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions, including cashing checks, paying money, and depositing funds.
- Promote our bank's products and services, including loans, deposits, and online banking.
- Work closely with internal business partners to meet client financial needs.
- Manage cash drawers, balance accounts, and maintain accurate records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of prior customer service experience in the banking industry, including experience with new accounts and teller/cash handling.
- Current Notary Public in the State of Nebraska preferred.
- Experience promoting successful referrals preferred.
This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee is regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee may be required to periodically lift 25-55 pounds. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stoop or kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
