Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at HiveBoxx, a sustainable moving supply specialist. As a company that rents out reusable moving boxes, we are looking for a safe driver and customer service expert to deliver our products to homes and offices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivery and customer service, with the ability to work independently and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for delivering our reusable plastic moving boxes and other sustainable products, while meeting productivity standards and completing work in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivery and Customer Service: Deliver our products to customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Control inventory and handle purchase orders for daily deliveries based on standing orders and projected sales.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the truck, perform pre and post-trip inspections, and add fuel, oil, and fluids as necessary.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer concerns, and work cooperatively with customers and management.
- Previous Experience: Previous delivery and customer service experience is preferred.
- Insurable Driving Record: An insurable driving record is a must-have.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift or move 50 lbs up and down stairs and be in and out of the truck constantly throughout the day.
- Weather Conditions: Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent history of customer interaction and ability to problem-solve with speed and responsibility.
- Location Knowledge: Familiarity with the greater Seattle area and ability to follow driving directions.
