Pastry Craftsman

Panera Bread is seeking a skilled Pastry Craftsman to join our team. As a vital member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods that meet our exacting standards.

We are a leader in the fast-casual industry, known for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Our bakery-cafes serve freshly prepared, artisan-style sandwiches, salads, soups, and desserts, all made with wholesome ingredients and cooked to order.

This is a full-time position working 2PM to 10PM. You will be part of a dynamic team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and present our signature breads, pastries, and cookies that exceed customer expectations.

• Create high-quality baked goods that meet our quality and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow and efficient operations
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new products, recipes, and techniques

• High school diploma or equivalent required; baking experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills essential for success in this role
• Familiarity with food preparation and presentation best practices
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
