We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team as a travel RDN in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and nutrition services in a fast-paced hospital setting. As a travel RDN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals, and contribute to the development of evidence-based nutrition care plans.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement nutrition care plans
- Conduct nutritional assessments and provide recommendations for patients with complex medical conditions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current registration as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a RDN in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of evidence-based nutrition care practices and guidelines
