Job OverviewPhia Concept Salons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hairstylist to join our team. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair services to our clients, while also contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert hair consultations and create personalized hair designs for clients
  • Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling
  • Recommend and apply hair care products to meet clients' needs
  • Support the team in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest hair trends and techniques

RequirementsMust hold a current Cosmetology License and have 6-20 years of experience in the industry. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. Must be able to use point-of-sale software and have a valid background check.
