Accreditation Analyst

The University of North Georgia is seeking a highly skilled Accreditation Analyst to join our team on the Dahlonega campus. This role will provide critical support to our accreditation efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will also assist with institutional research, responding to external surveys and data requests, and performing duties related to institutional effectiveness.

• Provide accreditation support using Xitracs, preparing substantive change reports, and maintaining records of actions and follow-up actions.
• Compile and maintain the Common Data Set, complete various college guides and surveys from outside agencies, and assist with other survey administration and analysis as needed.
• Update and maintain the website for external reporting and compliance, including Student Consumer Information, Student Achievement data, and Quick Facts.
• Participate in intra-office cross-training activities, create materials for faculty and staff to support assessment, accreditation, and data literacy, and support the Director of Institutional Research through data and research analysis.
• Serve on University committees as requested and perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of experience related to the above duties is required.
• Knowledge and experience with all Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, is required.
