Job Title: Associate Patient Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate Patient Coordinator to join our team at Dexian. As a key member of our healthcare support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and informative documentation, including patient records and reports.
  • Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Utilize basic knowledge of medical insurance and navigate electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in EMR systems.
