Available Shifts:
  • Monday through Thursday from 5:00am to 3:30pm, with potential for early arrival or late departure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide focused supervision to the assigned production team.
  • Ensure the safety and productivity of the production unit.
  • Enforce all safety and operational protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with the team regarding daily production schedules and challenges.
  • Educate and train team members to meet production targets.
  • Facilitate communication between management and production staff.
  • Onboard new employees and mentor existing staff.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all production processes in the department.
  • Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve optimal results.
  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
  • Document daily production metrics, safety issues, and employee concerns for management review.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and positive work environment.
  • Ensure open communication with the Manufacturing Production Supervisor and Safety Manager.
  • Supervise product manufacturing while upholding quality and safety standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Department Supervisor or Manager.
