Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being
  • Organize and implement structured inside and outside events, including arts, crafts, games, and sports
  • Develop and implement plans, procedures, and goals to achieve program objectives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all participants
Requirements
  • A High School diploma or GED and a valid Texas Class C driver's license (preferred)
  • Experience working and supervising children in a recreation or camp environment (preferred)
  • Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
