- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, using established medical record systems.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current/valid Registered Nurse license from the state licensing board.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- One (1) year related experience in a clinic or acute hospital nursing setting.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
- Ability to see and read information, labels, and assess patient needs.
- Ability to hear and understand spoken information, alarms, and patient needs.
- Manual dexterity to manipulate complex equipment and supplies.
- Ability to lift and transfer patients, as well as bend and lift supplies and equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate crowded areas.
