Blending Operator

Job Summary:

As a Blending Operator at Fuchs North America, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mixing team by performing various tasks on a day-to-day basis. This includes lifting, cutting, and dumping 50lb bags of product to keep the ingredient silos full. You will also assist the mixing operator with cutting and dumping ingredients, as well as participate in machine washouts and cleaning and sanitation procedures as needed. Additionally, you will assist in the Formulation department and learn the mixing operator role function, tasks, and responsibilities. You will be responsible for keeping your work area clean, including all tools needed for the job, and will assist with forklift activities as needed. All other duties will be assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the mixing team by performing various tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, lift, and stand on a consistent basis during the workday
• Ability to work in a loud, dusty environment
• Basic comprehension and math skills
• Ability to work with others and independently, as well as follow directions
• Ability to show initiative and willingness to learn

Hourly Wage Range:

• Min: $19.00
• Mid: $21.81
• Max: $24.61
