Skilled Nursing Facility Charge Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and developing care plans.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to ensure effective and efficient patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and report outcomes.
- Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate records.
- One to three years of experience as a Charge Nurse in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Current RN license in the state where you will be practicing and BLS certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
