Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to all guests, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food to a high standard, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
