Front Office Host Opportunity

We are seeking a charismatic and knowledgeable Front Office Host to join our team at Calistoga Motor Lodge & Spa, a member of the JdV by Hyatt collection. As a Front Office Host, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, guiding guests through the registration process and sharing insights about our services and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth check-out processes for departing guests, including processing any additional charges and resolving any outstanding issues.
  • Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations, as well as maintain accurate records of room availability and occupancy.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Strive to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction and escalate as needed.
  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in promoting hotel services, amenities, and special promotions to guests, and potentially participate in sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures related to guest security and safety, including handling of guest keys and maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
  • Provide support during special events, such as conferences, weddings, or other functions hosted at the hotel, as required.

Compensation: $21.00 Per Hour
