We are currently in search of a highly skilled BPI Certified Energy Auditor to contribute to our initiatives.

Position Summary:

As a BPI Certified Energy Auditor at Able Construction LLC, you will be instrumental in evaluating and improving the energy performance and sustainability of our clients' insulation projects. Your role will involve collaborating with a diverse clientele to pinpoint areas for enhancement, devise energy-efficient strategies, and support them in achieving their sustainability objectives within the insulation domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough energy evaluations of insulation projects, emphasizing energy-efficient solutions.
  • Apply Building Performance Institute (BPI) standards and guidelines to assess insulation materials, methodologies, and their effects on energy conservation.
  • Create comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and cost estimates for energy-efficient insulation improvements.
  • Work alongside clients to formulate tailored energy efficiency plans, focusing on insulation measures that yield the highest return on investment.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, BPI standards, and innovative insulation technologies to provide exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications:

  • BPI Certification (Building Analyst).
  • Prior experience as a BPI Certified Energy Auditor in the insulation field is highly desirable.
  • Extensive knowledge of insulation materials, installation practices, energy conservation, and sustainability principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients in the insulation industry.
  • Proficiency in energy audit software and tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
