This esteemed organization, a leader in pediatric therapy services, is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing Strategy & Communications. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving marketing initiatives across multiple locations while collaborating closely with the corporate office and various therapy sites.

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the organization’s visibility and reputation.
- Oversee a team of marketing specialists, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective talent recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with human resources to refine employee messaging and optimize job descriptions.
- Manage public relations and strategic communications to foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns, assessing their effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments.
