Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and friendly customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and restocking shelves.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals, including promoting products and services, and providing product knowledge to customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing the store, and participating in store meetings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $13+ per hour, based on experience.
