As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our suite of applications, including a multi-tier web application, centralized component, batch jobs, and data exchanges with various internal and external systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our enterprise software applications, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business process improvements and implement solutions using business process reengineering techniques.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design, and implementation details.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to gather requirements and design solutions.
Requirements
  • 6 years of experience in developing Java multi-tier enterprise applications using J2EE, JPA/Hibernate, JBoss EAP, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with business process reengineering, business process analysis, business process design, or business process improvement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with documentation repository tools, such as Confluence or SharePoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certification in business process reengineering or related methodologies.
  • Experience with automated build tools, such as Jenkins, and code quality and security software, such as SonarQube.
  • Knowledge of various business process reengineering techniques and approaches.
  • Ability to measure and evaluate the outcome and impacts of software development and business process reengineering projects.
