Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

UW Medicine is seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team.

**About the Role:**

We have 150 deliveries a month, with 70% of our OB moms being high risk with neonates, medically complex co-morbidities.

Our team provides care for up to 14 antepartum patients, 9 L & D patients, and 18 postpartum mother/baby pairs.

We staff according to AWHONN standards and are a certified WHO-Baby Friendly Hospital.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
* Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

**Requirements:**

* One or more years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
* Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Washington
* Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
