Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit accurate documentation related to warranty services to our manufacturing partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including service writers and technicians, in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Return defective components to the manufacturer as required.
  • Oversee accounts receivable to ensure timely receipt of all payments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in RV Warranty Writing is preferred.
  • General experience with warranty claims is advantageous.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and complete them efficiently.
  • Professional appearance is essential.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
