Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster client relationships by providing regular project updates to clients and leadership.
  • Oversee budget reports, cost and revenue forecasts, change orders, and other financial documentation for projects.
  • Engage in project meetings with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project scope and timelines are met.
  • Prepare budget analysis reports, cost and revenue forecasts, change orders, and additional reports as required.
  • Delegate tasks and mentor Project Engineers, offering guidance and performance feedback as needed.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead small teams effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Solid financial understanding and acumen.
  • Proficient project management skills.
  • Experience in managing subcontractors.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including CADD, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Compensation: Final compensation is determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment. For California, this ranges from $100,000 - $140,000, plus annual incentives, benefits, and retirement programs as outlined above.
