About You

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual who is passionate about serving people and making a positive impact in their community. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading small teams to complete light housekeeper, heavy housekeeper, and laundry aide duties on varying shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in training, quality control, and in-servicing of staff
  • Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff in the absence of the Account Manager
  • Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions
  • Assist in implementing training, quality control procedures, and in-servicing of housekeeping staff
  • Ensure established standards, safety, and quality guidelines are met
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Perform routine, repetitive tasks daily
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
