Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Heavy Civil infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing complex civil construction projects, particularly those involving water well drilling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of heavy civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Foster relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety protocols on project sites.
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of the project team.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and manage project costs to ensure they remain within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure project quality.
  • Utilize MAC suites and Bluebeam for project management and documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management in the heavy civil construction industry.
  • Proven experience with water well drilling projects.
  • Proficiency in MAC suites and Bluebeam software.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus.
