Job Summary

Oxford County Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Preschool Teacher. This is a 40-hour per week position that follows a school year calendar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to develop and implement high-quality preschool programming that meets the social, emotional, physical, literacy, and cognitive needs of children.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities and curriculum that promote children's development and learning.
  • Communicate effectively with families to understand their needs and provide support to ensure the well-being of children.

Requirements

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Competency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications.
