Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist elderly clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support clients in taking prescribed medications and assist with mobility.
  • Facilitate safe movement within the home and during outings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
  • Assist with shopping needs or accompany clients on errands.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties and report any unusual occurrences.
  • Respond promptly and responsibly in emergency situations.
  • Support clients with meal preparation and dining assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for working in a one-on-one care environment and a desire to learn new skills.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
  • Demonstrated compassion and support for clients.
  • Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
