Job Title: Senior Associate Attorney

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join our team at GPAC. As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal representation and advice to our clients in family law, civil law, and general legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal representation and advice: You will be responsible for providing legal representation and advice to our clients in family law, civil law, and general legal matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents: You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings: You will be responsible for representing clients in court proceedings, mediation, and negotiations.
  • Conduct legal research: You will be responsible for conducting legal research and preparing case strategies.
  • Communicate effectively: You will be responsible for communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Manage a caseload: You will be responsible for managing a caseload efficiently and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys: You will be responsible for collaborating with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality legal services.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree: You must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law: You must have an active license to practice law in Ohio.
  • Experience: You must have 2-10 years of experience in family law, civil law, and general legal practice.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities: You must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases: You must have a proven ability to manage multiple cases and work independently.
