About the Role

We are seeking an experienced cloud governance professional to lead the management of Liberty's cloud computing environment and wider enterprise architecture governance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of cloud governance controls, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Chair the Cloud Center of Excellence, driving collaboration with stakeholders to improve cloud governance and reduce risks.
  • Develop and maintain cloud cost governance reporting, driving improvement of cloud cost governance to reduce costs.
  • Engage with stakeholders, business owners, and cybersecurity teams to provide knowledge sharing of cloud governance controls and practices.
  • Maintain accountability for cloud governance deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP, Azure preferred) and associated technologies.
  • Proficient and hands-on experience with governing compliance of Cloud Service Providers (managed service providers).
  • Proven experience in IT governance and enterprise architecture.
  • Familiarity and experience with relevant industry frameworks (e.g. NIST and/or CSA CCM).
  • Project management or similar organizational and coordination skills.
  • Azure Fundamentals Certification or equivalent.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture concepts (e.g. TOGAF).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and interviewing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and issues in a collaborative environment.
