Utilization Review and Case Management RN Opportunity

About the Role


As a Utilization Review and Case Management RN at LifeBridge Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient use of healthcare resources while providing high-quality patient care. This part-time, weekend position requires strong critical thinking skills and the ability to perform clinical/chart review and abstract information efficiently.

Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct concurrent and retrospective chart reviews to identify opportunities for improvement in clinical, financial, and resource utilization.
  • Develop and implement interventions to decrease avoidable delays and denial of payment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient resource allocation.

Requirements


  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from a CCNE-accredited school.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to perform clinical/chart review efficiently.
  • Current Maryland Registered Nurse License.
  • American Heart Association CPR Certification.
