Job Summary

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings
  • Assess residents' physical and psychosocial needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by healthcare professionals
  • Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
  • Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
