About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in managing nutritional services at a long-term care facility. You will assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
  • Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress
  • Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being
  • Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice
  • Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required)
