TIG Welder

Kable Staffing is seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team in Dublin, OH. This full-time, Temp to Hire opportunity requires a strong background in TIG welding fabrication and metals fabrication.

• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment, ensuring proper voltage, current, and gas flow.
• Create high-quality welds according to blueprints and weld symbols.
• Inspect welds for accuracy and precision.
• Prepare products for welding by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping, and cutting.
• Ensure a safe working environment by wearing safety glasses, steel toe shoes, and other required PPE.
• Operate forklifts, if trained and required.
• Monitor equipment and request maintenance as needed.
• Perform simple maintenance and repairs.
• Cross-train in other areas of the manufacturing plant, as needed.
• Accurately record time and attendance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in TIG welding fabrication and metals fabrication.
• Certification in welding, metals fabrication, and machining.
• Attention to detail and precision in executing tasks.
• Ability to perform physical activities requiring considerable use of arms, legs, and body.
• Lift 40-80lbs safely.
• Will to work overtime, weekends, and/or 2nd-shift as needed.
