Job Overview

The IMAGINE Group is seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with various materials, including wood and foam, to create high-quality fabricated products.

About the Role:

  • Operate a variety of woodworking and foam sculpting machinery and tools to fabricate cabinetry, millwork, and foam sculptures.
  • Glue, fit, and clamp parts and sub-assemblies together to form complete units using clamps or a clamping machine.
  • Sand and scrape surfaces and joints of articles to prepare for finishing.
  • Verify dimensions and product specifications to ensure accuracy and fit.
  • Assemble and prep units for finishing with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensure that all required parts for assembly are present when constructing/finishing a project.
  • Take part in product development meetings, which includes testing and troubleshooting products for functionality.
  • Ensure that quality control standards are met, and all parts are properly fitted and aligned.
  • Report and detail product malfunctions.

Salary Range: The national pay range for this role is $30 to $40 per hour. The actual pay offered may vary based on education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location.
