Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a comprehensive array of hair care services provided by the salon.
  • Quickly establish a loyal clientele and foster long-term relationships with salon guests by maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering exceptional service.
  • Take charge of recruiting and ensuring full staffing of the salon.

A valid state cosmetology or barber license is mandatory for this role, or candidates must be currently enrolled in a program to obtain the necessary license.
