About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Citizens Teller. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping our customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in our lobbies and provide personalized service to meet their needs
  • Demonstrate how to use our mobile app and ATMs to complete simple transactions
  • Create amazing experiences for our customers by providing personalized advice and solutions
  • Meet quarterly referral goals and confidently cash checks, process withdrawals and deposits
  • Follow all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and state and local laws and regulations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school degree or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship
  • Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
  • Customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional service
  • Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals
  • Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
