Medical Assistant Specialist

Job Description- Provide indirect and direct patient care within the scope of practice, working closely with providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the completion of patients' chief complaints, including vital signs and documentation.
- Administer ordered medications according to state guidelines and Medical Assisting scope.
- Active Medical Assisting certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or NCMA) required within 9 months of hire.
- BLS Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association.
- High School/GED and completion of an accredited Medical Assistant post-secondary education program preferred.
- 1 year of recent Medical Assisting experience preferred.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
