Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care services, including developing and implementing individualized care plans

  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of unit-specific competencies
Requirements:
  • New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse and current registration or valid permit to practice in New York State as an R.N.
  • Certification preferred in specialty or efforts to achieve certification
  • BSN degree required and 5 years clinical experience, two of which must be in the specialty or related service
