Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all PAR for BMR Graduate student stipends;
  • Prepare all tuition waivers for BMR program;
  • Paying all invoices for Clinical and Translational Sciences;
  • Maintaining and reconciling MURC PCard and State PCard;
  • Working with the Vice Dean and Finance Director to maintain budgetary items for the BMR Program;
  • Working daily with the Vice Dean and Finance Director to answer budgetary questions and concerns;
  • Attending meetings with the Vice Dean and Finance Director regarding budget, accounting procedures, etc. as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration;
  • One year of experience in the field;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
