Job Title: Pediatrician MD

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatrician MD to join our team at WCS HC in Western MA.

Job Function:
  • Build patient panel and provide high-quality medical care to children.
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with options for flexible scheduling.
  • See 15-18 patients per day, with opportunities to see more.
  • Enjoy a 1:8 or better call ratio, with phone calls only.
  • Work in a fully staffed outpatient setting with limited inpatient newborn rounding.
Requirements:
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Pediatrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Engaging personality and ability to work well with patients and staff.
  • New graduates welcome to apply.
