Job Overview:
The Private Dining Coordinator plays a crucial role within the Food & Beverage division, ensuring the meticulous planning and flawless execution of exclusive events at various venues.

This position is essential for delivering an exceptional and memorable experience for our guests while managing multiple events concurrently.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new clients and revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate effectively with the Food & Beverage and Sales teams
  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding reservations
  • Design tailored menus for clients using InDesign and Office software
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all Food & Beverage offerings and upselling strategies
  • Oversee event logistics, including seating arrangements, dining setups, and guest accommodations
  • Generate accurate financial reports and ensure timely payment collection
  • Conduct quarterly competitive analysis for Food & Beverage services
  • Assist the Food & Beverage division with menu formatting and printing tasks
  • Complete event orders with detailed function information in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with culinary and front-of-house teams regarding menus, service expectations, and guest needs
  • Manage events and proactively address any issues that may arise
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management, including hosting and administrative tasks

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional focus on guest satisfaction, maintaining composure and professionalism at all times
  • A genuine passion for luxury hospitality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adept problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Valid authorization to work in the US is required
  • Food Handlers Card and MAST permit are mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; familiarity with InDesign is a plus
  • Previous experience in a restaurant setting is advantageous
  • Experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred
  • Flexible availability for AM, PM, weekends, and holidays as required

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to remain on feet for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Frequent use of an office chair for administrative tasks
