**Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for dental treatment by reviewing medical histories, taking vital signs, and administering local anesthesia as needed.
- Assist dentists and hygienists with procedures, including taking x-rays, developing and mounting films, and preparing restorative materials.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and laboratory results.
- Perform routine maintenance on dental equipment and sterilize instruments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
**Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum one year experience as a dental assistant preferred.
- CPR certification and Mass State License required.
- Proficient reading, writing, and speaking skills in English required.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
**Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (depending on experience).
