About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist to join our team at Camp Lejeune, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to procuring contracting officers to analyze procurement actions and recommend a course of action.
  • Support program teams in developing acquisition support planning documents.
  • Conduct research and provide procurement recommendations to support acquisition strategies, including determining appropriate contract vehicles, procurement sources, and competition requirements.
  • Develop and manage processes to complete justification and approvals, determinations and findings, and other required pre-award contract documents.
  • Assist in training/guiding new contracting officer representatives on the acquisition process.
