Fulfillment Center Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fulfillment Center Supervisor to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our fulfillment center, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of associates to achieve facility goals and objectives
- Implement business plans and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze business reports to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on company policies and procedures
- Identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- 1 year supervisory experience in a logistics or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
