We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Physician Assistant to join our team at Intercept Health.
Key Responsibilities- Perform initial and follow-up medication management assessments for clients with psychiatric and/or addictive symptoms.
- Recommend and prescribe psychiatric and detox medications, as appropriate, to clients through telehealth services and/or in-person visits in an outpatient setting.
- Work independently with minimal supervision by a psychiatric and buprenorphine-waivered physician.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed physician assistant with current DEA certification and buprenorphine waiver.
- Clinical experience working with psychiatric and substance use populations.
