Interim HealthCare is actively seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to become a vital part of our compassionate team in the Clover/York area.
As a leader in the healthcare sector, we specialize in delivering in-home care services to clients of all ages with diverse healthcare requirements.
The Registered Nurse will be tasked with delivering thorough and high-quality nursing care to our patients in alignment with their personalized care plans.
This role involves independent work while also engaging with our multidisciplinary team to guarantee optimal results for our patients.
Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $35 to $45, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their residences according to their specific care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, create and execute care plans, and track patient progress
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the physician
- Educate patients and their families regarding disease processes, medications, and self-care strategies
- Coordinate care with other professionals in the multidisciplinary team, including therapists, social workers, and home health aides
- Accurately document all patient care activities in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations, along with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and professional environment for both patients and staff
Qualifications:
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a home health or comparable environment
- Strong clinical skills and the capability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities effectively
- Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
