We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Porter to join our team at Mullinax Ford. As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service lane and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vehicle transfers within the service lane and parking area
  • Conduct inspections for cleanliness and damages before returning vehicles to customers
  • Assist in vehicle preparation by removing coverings and ID tags
  • Hand over vehicle keys to the respective staff or customers
  • Offer transportation assistance to customers when needed
  • Keep the service lane and shuttle vehicles clean and organized
  • Provide exceptional customer service consistently
  • Complete any other assigned tasks
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Clean driver's license with a good driving record
  • Proficiency in English to understand written instructions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Skill in maneuvering large vehicles in tight spaces
  • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
  • Successful completion of background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings
