Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team in Foxboro, Massachusetts.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for performing radiographic procedures, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of technical procedures, including transporting, transferring, immobilizing, and positioning patients.
  • Calculate and select proper technical factors, operate equipment, acquire and process images, and properly identify images with patient I.D. and markers.
  • Provide radiation protection, assist physicians in administering contrast media, practice sterile technique, and perform first aid when necessary.
  • Instruct, advise, and assist Radiologic Technology students in performing Radiologic exams, sterile technique, and proper stocking of supplies in radiographic rooms.
  • Assist in research and Quality Improvement projects, maintain orderliness and cleanliness of assigned areas, and rotate within department divisions and off-site clinics as required.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid Massachusetts license as a Radiologic Technologist in the category of Radiography.
  • Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or equivalent years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
